Be Alternative Festival 2026: music and nature on the Sila plateau

A natural stage in the heart of Sila

From July 31st to August 2nd, 2026, the San Lorenzo area of Camigliatello Silano becomes the hub of a sonic experience that blends artistic experimentation with the mountain landscape. The area around the San Lorenzo Church, nestled in one of the most significant natural settings in Calabria, offers a rarely evocative scenery for the Be Alternative Festival – Concerts on the Lake, an event that explores the relationship between anthropized space and the Sila habitat.

Program and artistic proposal

The festival opens on Friday, July 31st, with a lineup that explores international and sophisticated sounds. The opening night features Mogwai, icons of world post-rock, alongside Kings of Convenience and the artist Altea. Following this, the program shifts toward clubbing dimensions with the Partyzan DJ Set by Fabio Nirta and Robert Eno.

On Saturday, August 1st, the focus shifts to the contemporary Italian scene. The protagonists of the day are Subsonica, joined by performances from Eman and Mille. The program continues with the electronic textures of the Godblesscomputers DJ Set, confirming the eclecticism of a schedule designed to span different musical genres.

The final day, Sunday, August 2nd, presents a refined finale dedicated to singer-songwriters. The stage hosts Daniele Silvestri, Marco Castello, and Giorgio Poi, the latter performing with the accompaniment of a string ensemble, highlighting the festival's commitment to formal research. The closing of the event is entrusted to Discoteca Indie, once again animated by Fabio Nirta's set.

Logistical information

The event takes place in a protected natural setting. Participants are advised to organize their travel to the San Lorenzo location in advance to facilitate access to the dedicated areas. Tickets for single days or season passes for the entire trio of concerts are available through official online presale channels. For further details regarding access procedures, parking areas, and hospitality services, you can consult the organization's website directly or contact the festival secretariat.
