Le Forme del Gusto 2026: promoting the agri-food heritage in Lodi

Identity and tradition in the heart of Lodi

The city of Lodi is preparing to host the fourteenth edition of Le Forme del Gusto on September 25, 26, and 27, 2026. The event, organized by Confartigianato, fits into the urban landscape by enhancing the historic center, a setting that combines medieval landmarks and Renaissance architecture in a union of history and food and wine culture.

The event transforms urban spaces into a hub dedicated to the Lombardy agri-food chain. Through a rich exhibition-market, local producers present their excellence, offering visitors the opportunity to engage directly with the artisanal processing techniques that define the rural and culinary identity of the province.

Culinary experiences and training paths

The program is structured through a series of showcooking sessions led by prominent chefs, invited to reinterpret local raw materials using contemporary methods. At the same time, taste workshops are designed to deepen knowledge of designations of origin and production processes, maintaining a rigorous focus on the quality of ingredients.

A central moment of the event is represented by the Chi più raschia Trophy, a competition that elevates the manual technique of Raspadüra to a true athletic and artisanal gesture. Preparing this typical Lodi cheese, scraped by hand into thin veils, requires precision and technical skill, elements celebrated during this annual challenge.

A widespread event for territorial development

The experience of Le Forme del Gusto is not limited to the main exhibition area but involves the city's commercial fabric. Several restaurants and venues participate in the initiative by offering dedicated menus, allowing visitors to take a food and wine journey that extends through the streets of the center. This systemic approach is possible thanks to the synergy between public and private entities, with the patronage of the Lombardy Region and the collaboration of the Province of Lodi, the Municipality of Lodi, Coldiretti, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Logistical information

The event will be held on the dates of September 25, 26, and 27, 2026. Exhibition activities and workshops are located in the city center, with free access to the exhibition-market. For participation in technical workshops and limited-seating events, it is advisable to consult the official portal for registration methods and updated schedules. Further details on participating chefs and the complete calendar of activities are available online.
