Pizza Festival in Gressan: A meeting of gastronomic traditions

Culinary excellence at the foot of the Alps

The Les Iles Green Area in Gressan, located in the heart of the Aosta Valley, is getting ready to host the Pizza Festival, an event that brings the Neapolitan culinary tradition into dialogue with the Aosta Valley region. The venue, known for its spaciousness and natural setting offering evocative views of the surrounding mountains, will become the nerve center of Mediterranean culinary culture from July 30 to August 2, 2026.

A program of technique and entertainment

The festival, organized by iSaulle Pizzeria e Cucina Napoletana, is structured through a series of events focused on the quality of raw materials and craftsmanship. The core of the event is the Gressan Special Pizza Trophy, a competition that will see some of the most expert Neapolitan pizza makers face off. In addition to tastings, which highlight the meeting between Campanian food excellence and typical Aosta Valley products, the program includes spectacular acrobatic pizza performances, offering the public an overview of dough-working techniques.

Music and social commitment

The recreational dimension is expressed through a diverse musical schedule that will accompany the evenings starting at 6:30 PM. The stage will host performances by neomelodic singer Stefano Capano, sets curated by DJ Pecora Nera, as well as moments dedicated to Cuban music and traditional ballroom dancing, ensuring a variety of sounds capable of engaging a heterogeneous audience.

Parallel to the artistic section, the event dedicates space to social responsibility: on July 31, the festival promotes the Add a seat at the table initiative, a moment of sharing and solidarity that integrates into the local social fabric. Access to the festival is open to every category of visitor, with a culinary offering that includes specific gluten-free options, thus ensuring the inclusivity of the gastronomic experience for all participants.
