ElfFest: tenth anniversary between folklore and reenactment in Lanzo Torinese

The solstice celebration in Lanzo Torinese

On the days of June 19, 20, and 21, 2026, the Foro Boario in Lanzo Torinese welcomes the tenth edition of the ElfFest. The location, a historical landmark for local commercial activities, transforms into a setting dedicated to Celtic culture in conjunction with the celebrations for the Summer Solstice. The event, created in 2015 from an idea by Marco Strega, strengthens its position in the national landscape as a meeting point for fans of fantasy and esoteric themes, recording a constant influx of approximately 9,000 visitors.

A program of music and reenactment

The artistic offering is organized through a selection of international and local folk groups. Notable performers include the Drifters, dedicated to the Irish Folk tradition, Alzamantes with their Folk Rock repertoire, The Clurs with Folk Punk sounds, and Mystiknot, interpreters of Norse and medieval-style music. Musical performances are accompanied by tribal dance shows, curated by the No Wall Sisters, and traveling performances that involve the entire perimeter of the event.

The educational and immersive aspect is guaranteed by the presence of the Clan dell'Artiglio, which offers historical combat demonstrations. The program also includes cycles of thematic conferences, divination sessions, and the evocative Solstice Fire ritual, scheduled for Saturday evening. At the same time, the Faun's Labyrinth path offers visitors an exploratory experience in the heart of the festival.

Exhibition spaces and hospitality

The Merchants' Village brings together over 50 selected artisans, with artifacts linked to fantasy imagery and artistic craftsmanship. The food and wine sector is managed by the Elven Inn, where recipes from the Canavese tradition are served. For the younger audience, the organization provides a dedicated area with entertainment, theatrical makeup workshops, storytelling accompanied by the sound of the Celtic harp, and animal interaction activities, identified as unicorn pony rides.

Logistical information

The event will be held at the Foro Boario in Lanzo Torinese. Activities will be accessible continuously throughout the three days. For specific updates on entry costs, access methods to the site, and the detailed program, it is recommended to consult the official event portal or contact the organizing secretariat directly.
