The sonic identity of Umbria
The Humus Music Fest celebrates its tenth edition, reaffirming its vocation as a cultural laboratory for the independent scene. Born in 2015 with the intention of rescuing the most original and underground musical realities of the territory from oblivion, the festival has consolidated itself as a fundamental meeting platform for local creativity. The event operates as a catalyst, capable of putting different artistic languages into dialogue within a context of authentic sharing.
A setting of historical value
The festival finds its home at the Fishing Museum Park in San Feliciano, a location of significant anthropological and naturalistic value. Overlooking the shores of Lake Trasimeno, the park preserves traces of the lakeside tradition and the lives of fishermen, transforming for three days into a space for collective enjoyment. The coexistence of vernacular architectural elements and the biodiversity of the lake ecosystem offer a unique backdrop for performances, creating a suggestive synthesis between historical heritage and sonic innovation.
A multidisciplinary program
The event's schedule is articulated through a variety of creative expressions that go beyond the perimeter of a simple concert. Alongside the main musical proposal, the festival integrates DJ set sessions, live painting performances, and moments dedicated to exploring the area through outdoor activities. The offer is completed by an area dedicated to street food, designed to encourage socialization and sustenance for visitors, while always keeping the focus on promoting local excellence.
Logistical information and participation
The tenth edition of the Humus Music Fest is configured as a free-access event, designed to foster democratic participation in culture. Admission to the entire event is free. The calendar includes three days packed with musical appointments that follow one another from sunset until late at night, allowing participants to fully experience the transformation of the lakeside landscape. It is recommended to consult the official channels for details on performance times and for any logistical changes dictated by weather conditions or specific organizational needs of the park.
